Our apartments at 1233 Rosser are located on the second floor of our building above leased space. A small walk-up to a cozy, non-smoking environment, these four apartments are bright, affordable, and conveniently located in downtown Brandon beside our Global Market, a community gathering place that offers family-friendly activities throughout the summer months. These all-inclusive units have coin-op laundry available in the building with 24/7 surveillance of all common areas.
Eligibility
In order to be eligible for a unit at 1233 Rosser, prospective tenants’ yearly income must not exceed $56,694 in a household without children, and must not exceed $75,592 in a household with children or dependants.
